The 2010 Ecostamps Writer Fellowship for $2,500 will be awarded to an author
who has demonstrated excellence in storytelling.
Editors of markets that receive at least 100 Enhanced submissions in 2010
will be asked to nominate up to 2 stories for consideration
for the Fellowship.
To qualify, the story must have been submitted
as an Enhanced submission and accepted for publication.
The Fellowship will not be awarded if fewer than 200 stories have been nominated
for consideration.
Not enough nominations. No Fellowship. It's pretty simple.
There are no limitations on style or genre.
The standard is excellence in storytelling.
That's it.
The Fellowship will be awarded at the sole discretion of
Leaf Storm, LLC. Partners, affiliates, and relatives of partners
and affiliates of Leaf Storm, LLC are ineligible.
We believe markets that excel at publishing talented writers
should be rewarded.
The market that nominated the author awarded the Writer Fellowship will
be awarded the 2010 Ecostamps Literary Market Grant for $1,000.
To qualify to nominate 2 stories for Fellowship consideration, a
market must receive a minimum of 100 Enhanced submissions. The Ecostamps
Literary Market Grant will only be awarded in conjunction with the Ecostamps
Writer Fellowship.
